In today’s market, exposure is everything. I will develop a customized marketing strategy to promote your home to the largest possible audience of Buyers and Real Estate Agents. Credentials

Realtor®
The Realtor® designation is only allowed to be used by licensed Real Estate Agents that are members of the National Association of Realtors. Member must adhere to a strict code of ethics based on professionalism and protection of the public. The code is your assurance that you are working with a professional that has your best interests in mind.
The code of ethics can be provided by your Realtor® or are available from the National Association of Realtors on line at www.realtor.org.

Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS)
The CRS designation, awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, is the highest professional designation presented to Realtors in the residential sales field. Less than 4 percent of all Realtors are awarded the CRS designation. Home Buyers and Sellers can be assured CRS Designees subscribe to the strict realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients when buying or selling a home.

Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI)
The GRI, considered to be the number one real estate designation, is attained only after 92 hours of intense, live instruction from a statewide faculty selected for their expertise. GRI education assures Buyers and Sellers of the highest technical and practical knowledge essential in today’s real estate market.

Certified New Home Sales Professional, (CSP)
The CSP designation was designed for specialists in new home sales. To become a CSP, a Realtor must complete advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. If your next home will be newly built, or you are a builder looking for a great Realtor to market your homes, a Realtor with CSP credentials will be invaluable to you.

Personal

I am a native of Colorado and have been a resident of Elbert County since the early 90's. Prior to living in Elbert County I lived in the Denver Metro Area for most of my life. So I am very familiar with the Denver Metro Area as well as the rural areas to the south of Denver that include: Elizabeth, Franktown, Castle Rock, Parker, Larkspur, Kiowa, Elbert.

I love helping people buy and sell homes. I get eager to see the Lord bless others and enjoy being apart of the entire home buying and selling process. I am enthusiastic about working by referral. Working by referral allows me to spend less time and money searching for my next lead, which gives me more quality time and resources to invest in my family, clients and future. When you become my client you will feel confident and sure that you are a high priority to me, I will stay focused on your best interests throughout the entire transaction.

I have a great husband Allen and we have a beautiful daughter Taylor, who is in high school this year. Allen owns and operates Sapphire Construction, Inc.. His company specializes in construction, including: Custom homes, additions, barns, outbuildings and all phases of remodeling. Our daughter Taylor has a rocket arm, and we love to cheer her on while watching her play softball in addition to watching her perform on stage. We also enjoy Sunday worship and growing at "The Rock" in Castle Rock, where we have been members for over 10 years.
